An extension or loft conversion can add good value and can create extra living space to your property if completed correctly. We will take care of everything from digging the footings, through to full completion. We will co-ordinate all trades, and deal with any problems promptly to ensure an efficient and well managed project.

Depending on the size and positioning of the extension or loft conversion, it may not require planning permission but instead a building regulations notice. The proposed works can be started very quickly, within 3 days once the proposed works have been registered.

If the build is of a larger nature, then planning permission can be obtained which we are happy to take care of. A set of working drawings will also be needed and we do have some extremely knowledgeable architects and surveyors to help out. We can take the basic idea right from the starting process, through to planning approval.

A method statement with a timescale will be produced for every project, so the customer has a clear idea of the process involved. Any variations or complications will be disclosed at the earliest point so there are no surprises.

The building control officer will periodically inspect the works to ensure compliance of the project, and all correspondences will include the customer so they are aware of all aspects of the build.

We have a range of highly qualified electricians, plumbers, carpet fitters, and other sub contractors we use on all our projects that are reliable and highly skilled.

All building and roofing work will come with a minimum 10 year standard product, and workmanship guarantee.
Rubberbond EPDM carries a standard 20 year insurance backed warranty, and Sealoflex and FixR Rubberised roofing carry a standard 15 year warranty. Sample warranties will be sent out with all quotes
